The Mayfly Overshirt. Made from a heavyweight and tightly woven 100% cotton flannel twill. The fabric has a brushed finish for a super soft feel. Two large chest pockets with button flaps. Constructed collar. Straight hem. Subtle side split. Pleats on the back. Single button cuffs. Two hand warmer pockets and big inside pockets too. Corozo nut fisheye buttons. Small card pocket inside. Two spacious hip pockets inside. Hangloop on collar. Constructed with durable twin needle stitching throughout using heavy duty thread. Limited edition label by Laurie Avon. Each one hand numbered in the order they are sold. Made in Portugal.

Batch No.15 is a classic, regular fitting overshirt allowing for light layering underneath. Available in sizes XS to XXL. We recommend taking your normal size. To find your best fit, compare our Mayfly measurements to an overshirt or jacket you already own. Lay it flat, buttoned up and take all measurements from the outside of the garment and compare with our size chart. If you’re unsure or need any advice at all, please drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

The Batch No.15 Mayfly Overshirt is made using 100% Portuguese cotton flannel. It’s tight weave makes it tough and keeps the wind out, whilst also staying breathable. And because of the subtle brushed finish, it’s super cozy. Perfect for the summer evenings once the sun has dipped. Oh yeah, and the fabric is yarn-dyed which gives the Mayfly a sharp look. To keep your Mayfly looking its best, hand wash or machine wash at 30 degrees, then hang to dry. If needed, iron inside out or steam to take out creases.

Each overshirt will be made to order and will be shipped at the end of July. Once your Mayfly is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. We ship all over the world (72 countries and counting). And if you’re based in the EU, we will be sending your jacket directly from Portugal so that you won’t incur additional customs fees. All other jackets will be sent from the UK.If for any reason you wanted to return your jacket, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery as long as the jacket is in perfect condition.

We’ve recently introduced a new way to pre-order a jacket. You can now split your payment into two, paying 50% (plus shipping) now to guarantee yourself a jacket, and 50% a month into your jacket being made.
