Once sewing is complete, we washed your shirt in a specialist denim laundry up the road from our factory. To ensure no darker wash lines down the button panel we went to great lengths to find a way of preparing each shirt for laundering, adding a panel between buttons and buttonholes to wash the shirt. After washing, that middle panel is removed and the final mother of pearl buttons are attached.
