20th October 2026 - Cutting

After a few weeks in transit between Japan and Portugal, our fabric arrived safely in the factory and has now been cut, press play on the video below to watch the cutting. Sewing is now well underway and next week we'll be in touch with much more to see! 

9th September 2026 - Fabric is ready

It's been a little while since you placed the pre-order for your Typewriter Fun Shirt and plenty has happened since;

1. Your fabric has finished being woven. The picture above shows some small cuts of the exact fabric that arrived this week for our approval before it leaves Japan. With a big thumbs up sent back to Japan, every roll is now being checked and it will soon start its journey to Portugal where our factory are ready and waiting.

2. A break for our factory. The whole team at the factory have had a much deserved rest during the August break. Across Portugal, the factories, mills and laundries all close at the same time. We've worked with Sergio and Sonia, the cousins that run our shirt factory, and their wider team since Batch No.1, so your shirt is in expert hands. As soon as the fabric arrives with them, cutting will begin.
