Week 2 - Your coat being sewn, part two.

Week 2 - Your coat being sewn

Week 1 - Your coat being cut

Shortly after our pre-order window for our Wool Cashmere Chore Coats, we let Mario know how many of each fit, colour and size to make, and he got to work playing tetris - aka working out how to lay out every pattern piece to make the best use of our fabric, with minimum offcuts and wastage. With each piece cut, sewing soon begins.

Your fabric being made

Recycled cashmere, blended with recycled wool woven by the incredible Luigi Lanificio Zanieri. Based in Prato, Italy, they have become experts in making luxurious recycled fabrics over the last 70 years

Welcome to the behind the scenes of Batch No.16.

Over the next few weeks we're going to show you what goes into making your jacket, from beginning to end. As well as some little extras. We'll aim to update this page every Friday, to show you what's been happening each week along the way until it's ready to send around the 3rd week of November.

If there's anything you'd like to see more of along the process, just ask, and we'll see what we can do.
