  • Notes

    Batch No.16 is a refined cold season staple. A fully lined chore coat made with a luxurious Italian wool cashmere fabric. With a regular fit, two large dual entry hip pockets and custom etched bio resin buttons, it's a timeless classic that will endure for decades.

    The Wool Cashmere Chore Coat will be available Saturday the 4th of November at 9AM (GMT). Every coat will be made to order and will be shipped in early December. Limited to one per person.

  • Details

    A refined chore coat made from a 16.5oz Italian wool cashmere fabric (90% recycled wool, 10% recycled cashmere). Fully lined. Two large hip pockets with top and side entry. Custom etched bio resin buttons. Two internal single welt pockets. Hangloop on collar. Featuring a limited edition label by Lucie Gray. Each jacket will be hand numbered and made to order. Made in Portugal.

  • Fit

    A classic, regular fitting coat allowing for mid-weight layers underneath. Fits true to size. If you’re unsure of your size or need any advice, check out our size guide or drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

    Our model, Siôbhan, is 5 foot 2, Size 6 and wears a size XS in our Batch No.16 Wool Cashmere Chore Coat.

  • Fabric & Care

    Batch No.16 is made with a 16.5oz recycled wool cashmere (90% recycled wool, 10% recycled cashmere) woven by Lanificio Luigi Zanieri in Prato, Italy. 

    The jacket is fully lined with a soft cotton twill in the body and viscose in the sleeves. 

    Dry clean only. Iron on a cool setting or for best results use a steamer to take out creases.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Each jacket will be made to order and will be shipped in early December (just in time for Christmas). Once your jacket is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

    We ship all over the world (72 countries and counting). And if you’re based in the EU, we will be sending your jacket directly from Portugal so that you won’t incur additional customs fees. All other orders will be sent from the UK.

    If for any reason you wanted to return your jacket, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery as long as the jacket is in perfect condition.

A FIRST FOR US

This is one of our finest pieces to date, largely because of one ingredient: cashmere. The golden fleece, the diamond of the textile industry. But since demand for cashmere has gone through the roof causing verdant grasslands to disappear, we have turned to a more environmentally friendly alternative: recycled cashmere, blended with recycled wool woven by the incredible Luigi Lanificio Zanieri. Based in Prato, Italy, they have become experts in making luxurious recycled fabrics over the last 70 years.

A REFINED CHORE COAT

To do justice to such a beautiful cloth we decided to refine our trusted chore jacket into a fully lined coat, finished with custom Paynter etched bio-resin buttons. The result is a timeless piece that will endure for decades.

To make an enduring classic we think there are three main ingredients: the fabric, the factory, and a timeless design. So to do justice to such beautiful cloth we turned to our trusted coat factory in Northern Portugal who expertly made our Wilton Car Coat and Cashmere Chore Coat.
